昼間は単なるオレンジ一色に「OPEN AT NIGHT(夜に開いてます)」のメッセージにしか見えない看板。しかし夜になると上部のランプから照らされた明かりがうまくマクドナルドの「m」のマークを形作り、「夜にもマクドナルドは営業していますよ」を意味するメッセージを示すことになる。マクドナルドのトレードマークがシンプルであるがゆえに出来る、単純かつ明快な広告。
