Very old Star of David on the Inner Wall of Jerusalem: Old City. The identification of the term "Star of David" or "Shield of David" with the hexagram shape dates to the 17th century. The term "Shield of David" is also used in the Siddur (Jewish prayer book) as a title of the God of Israel.

It is believed to have been created by one man, Imhotep. He has been called Doctor, Sage, Architect, Astronomer and High Priest. IMHOTEP - chief vizier of the Pharaoh Djoser. Architect of the step pyramid at Saqqara. It is believed that Imhotep was JOSEPH of the "coat of many colors" and the interpreter of the Pharaoh's dream, which helped save the people of Egypt during the "seven year famine".
