Sakura jelly and Japanese Tea

Japanese Snack: Sakura jelly served with Kyoto Bancha, big leaves not the twig tea normally called Bancha.

Japanese dessert - wagashi. I have no idea what type of dessert that is but it sure is pretty!

Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Kingyoku Jelly - a Japanese traditional dessert. Kanten powder, sugar, cherry blossoms, pink bean paste and cherry leaves.
