TOFU & SEAWEED SALAD 50 g mixed seaweed, 300g firm tofu, 1 tomato, 4 lettuce leaves, 50g Sprouts, 4 shiso (sub basil) leaves Dressing 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp wine vinegar, Pepper a little, 4 tbsp salad oil <How to make> ① Soak seaweed, squeeze to drain well. ② Cut the tofu & tomato. Tear lettuce, cut off sprout roots, thinly slice shiso leaves. ③ Mix dressing ingrdients. ④ Arrange lettuce, tofu, tomato, seaweed, sprout on a plate, drizzel dressing, garnish with Shiso leaves.
