The Fascist movement in Brazil was founded by Plínio Salgado who led an organization called the 'Brazilian Integralist Action', a political party inspired by the Italian Fascist movement. During the Spanish Civil War members of the Brazilian Integralist Action sent volunteers to help fight communism.
