Crispy Golden Pork Belly

This is the best pork belly recipe I've made. The pork skin is incredibly crispy, perfectly golden, and the prep work is very minimal compared to all the other pork bellies I've made. No need to score or puncture holes in the skin.

Rouladen-Season slices w salt and pepper. Spread a T of bacon, onion, and pickles on each. Secure w toothpicks. Sauté in oil until browned. Add remaining pickles, onions, and bacon around meat. Add a little beef broth,  mix in drippings at the bottom of the pan. Add remaining broth, boil 1 min, reduce heat to simmer, cook 1-1-1/2 hrs. Remove meat  and keep warm. Mix flour and ⅓ cup water until smooth. Add to make gravy. Return the meat to the gravy and heat for about 5 minutes. (Good)
