Ricky Johnson. Seven AMA national championships and part of four winning U.S. Motocross des Nations teams. 61 AMA national wins. Championships in AMA SX and both 250 and 500 MX. Retired as all-time SX wins leader (a record later broken by Jeremy McGrath). Career cut short due to injuries, forcing him into retirement at age 26. His racing style and determination matched with his off-track outspokenness earned him the nickname “Bad Boy.”
