Mo, without karaginu(??!?)  Looks like a ceremony- maybe at a shrine like Ise???  It's like, uwagi and mo, but no karaginu jacket...  ???  Info, anyone?  They appear to be priestesses (ceremonial objects in hand), so this may be a priestess-only thing?

Uwagi Mo, used on less formal occasions. Note the absence of Karaginu.
