Ojáncana- Cantabrian myth: giantesses with long dark hair, long breasts, and a huge mouth. They abduct children that get lost in the woods. The male is called a Ojáncanu. They do not reproduce sexually. They instead bury the insides of a dead individual under an oak tree, and after 9 months and some incantations, big yellow worms emerge. These worms suckle blood from the breasts of a Ojáncana until they turn into one themselves.
