Still had some leftover in the fridge.  I've told you even if it looks empty there're still things in it.  My hubby made some salmon with lemon yesterday evening he was waiting for me with food served after a long day at school. So I had a leftover salmon. There was some leftover mutton-veggie stew as well. I added some rocket and topped it with the liquid from the fermented zucchini/courgette. Had some tomato and some potato. Didn't have potato for a loooong time. The kids were so happy…
