Meatloaf made with stove top stuffing. Gets rave reviews and SUPER easy. 1 Pound Ground Meat (Beef or Turkey) 1 Egg 1 Box Stuffing Mix 1 Cup Water Mix everything together, smoosh it into a loaf pan, and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

This was SO good!!  4-6 raw chicken breasts new potatoes green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. ( I am going to clean this up by using Wildtree's Italian seasoning)!

The trick is to put the pan in a cold oven and then switch it on and begin your timer.     Im amazed how many people dont know this.  Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first.  We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out.   Then all the bacon is done at the same time, meanwhile you were free to make the rest of breakfast.     -Martha Stewart  (i learned this from barefoot contessa.  and i prefer parchment…
