It's a picture of our breakfast lunch! Take the low carb waffles I pinned,use them for the sandwich part. I pour syrup on one waffle and let it soak. The fixings are 4slices of calabrese, two slices of low fat low carb Scottish aged cheddar, an egg and some red chard. The syrup is low carb and sugar free and I put some on the plate for dipping sauce. The hubs likes it with fig butter, I like without. The combo of sweet and savory is out of this world! And it's gluten free and low carb!!!
