Non-Historic Blackwork Borders. These are not documentable. But some of them are definitely designs I've seen in period pieces because, really, there are only so many ways to put a border together on a grid. Good designs to give to new embroiderers, if you pick and choose carefully, since many of them go quickly and look good even on larger-count aida.
