These Military Dogs Are Amazing!

MWD Gitta passed away recently from complications due to liver problems. She was 5 years old. During a tour of duty in 2009, Tech. Sgt. Steven Kaun, 5th Security Forces Squadron military working dog handler, and his trusted K-9 partner Gitta, served proudly together in support of the overseas mission. Kaun recounted a story of how Gitta helped in detecting a roadside bomb which saved the lives of fellow service members. Read that story here: http://1.usa.gov/RhiGpQ
