  • 生おから 100g
  • ベーキングパウダー 8g
  • きび砂糖 40g
  • 白みそ 10g
  • 米油(サラダ油OK) 80g
玄米・発芽米入り♪米粉スコーン   生おからをいれてヘルシーに作った米粉スコーンです!玄米・発芽米をいれてみました。小麦・卵・乳不使用。 わちっこ    材料 (8個分) 米粉 100g 生おから 100g ベーキングパウダー 8g きび砂糖 40g 白みそ 10g 米油(サラダ油OK) 80g 作り方 1 米粉、生おから、ベーキングパウダー、きび砂糖、白みそをよく混ぜる。 2 米油をいれて混ぜる。玄米・発芽米をいれる。 3 パフ?状になった玄米・発芽米をいれました。 4 生地を8等分に切ります。 5 170度のオーブンで18分くらい焼きます。 コツ・ポイント 翌日はトースターで3~5分焼くと、外側がカリッとしておいしくなります。
