Gooey Butter Strawberry Shortcake Willow Bird Baking~T~ Okay, this is one of the best things I have ever eaten. My friend made it last summer and now I have to make it as soon as strawberries come in season.

Rum Soaked Strawberries. Instructions: Wash strawberries & use a toothpick to poke a few holes in strawberries. Put strawberries in a jar and fill with strawberry rum. Let them soak for 24 hours or so. Remove strawberries from jar & pat dry with paper towels. Dip them in a frosting. Use a knife to help coat the sides. Put sprinkles on the frosting area and place in mini cupcake liners.

Soak strawberries in champagne for 20 to 24 hrs. remove & pat dry with a paper towel. Dip them in whipped frosting, or maybe some dark chocolate. Sprinkle and place in mini-cupcake liners.
