Cook the pasta as recommended on the box  Drain the pasta and put in a bowl (metal is great because it cools faster)  Let it cool to room temperate  Add garlic, basil, and salt. Drizzle enough olive oil in to coat and toss.  Refrigerate until cold  Slice the tomatoes and mozarella if necessary into bite-sized chunks  Add the tomatoes and mozarella to the dish and mix to combine  Serve cold
