This beautiful pair features linearly engraved centers surrounded by spiralling, twisted-ribbon borders.  The platinum surfaces have a mesmerizing mirror-like finish. Guilloche, the art of mechanically engraving richly intricate designs on gold or other precious metals, was a favorite decorative technique among jewelers in the early 1900s.
