I designed these six colorful posters to place in a classroom or around the school to let students know exactly what adults mean when we ask them to be "respectful." Each poster articulates the expected behaviors in one of six different school settings:

Have students write on this "Think Sheet" as they think about their behavior. It's a great way to calm down class conflicts before talking about the situation at hand.
