Dia spends every November 2nd in her hometown of Guanatuato, Mexico. Why November 2nd? Because that day is Dia de los Muertos. Or Day of the Dead. Not only was it the day her parents met, but before she had embraced her powers and her overall eerie disposition, Thanatos took her to a Dias de los Muertos celebration. Seeing her culture's view of death made her realize that she wasn't scary, a threat or even necessarily a danger. She was just the daughter of Death.
