I'd like to ID this quilt top. Marked 'Flower Garden' but I haven't been able to verify that. It has 3 hexagon flowers with 3 leaves appliqued onto a white hex, and joined with sashes to other hex pieces.
Patchwork quilt top, small hexagonal or honeycomb patches forming large diamonds, set off by single row white muslin hexagons, cut-out to fit a four poster bed. Colored fabric consists of variety of early 19th century block and roller printed examples. Pattern called Mosaic or Flower Garden with path variation. Made by Letitia Frear Mosley (1797-1886) Mrs. Richard Miles.
