Now I am certainly not as old as all of these kiddos in the picture, but I certainly remember using the big headphones and being hooked up to the record player in school!

On July 31, 1970, at Middlefield, Connecticut, the Powder Ridge Rock Festival was scheduled to begin. A legal injunction forced the event to be canceled, keeping the musicians away; but a crowd of 30,000 attendees arrived anyway, to find no food, no entertainment, no adequate plumbing, and at least seventy drug dealers. Volunteer doctor William Abruzzi declared a drug “crisis” on 1 August and said “Woodstock was a pale pot scene. This is a heavy hallucinogens scene.”

If you want to ruin your records I highly recommend this record player...   Well at least it looks nice...

I really want a good working record player with lots of vinyls.
