Chapattis - 2 1/2 cups fine whole wheat flour; 2 cups water (or enough to make a soft dough); pinch of salt. Mix flour & salt, slowly add water making a soft dough. Knead for 5 min. Cover with wet cloth & chill for an hour. Heat a cast iron skillet over med. until very hot. Roll out 1/2 handful of dough into flat round and place in pan, cooking for 1 min each side. Once turned, press gently w/towel, until brown. Repeat until dough is all used up!
