An English Woman, ca. (Hans Holbein the Younger) Kunsthistorisches Museum, Wien Worth further research. Compare her hand's with those of Jane Seymour's in his portrait of the latter. I think this is the Elizabeth Seymour who married Cromwell's son.

English: Portrait Of Mary Tudor (1516-1558) oil on Canvas. Source http://www.wikigallery.org/ Author (after) Antonio Mor. An odd portrait, somewhat over-emotional, and not contemporaneous. Most certainly a much later copy, with a religious agenda.

Portrait Of Mary Tudor - (after) Antonio Mor

Mary I - A tragic life and a troubled reign. Known to history as Bloody Mary.

You can see the sadness in her eyes.
