The Drum Tower and Bell Tower, located in the heart of Xi'an, are called sister buildings. They are the symbols of the city. The Drum Tower offers an imposing view of Xi'an. Initially built in 1380, the drums were used to signal the running of time and on occasion were used as an alarm in emergency situations.
Xitang ancient Town, Zhejiang Province- While some of the traditions and customs for the Spring Festival have been fading away among urban citizens, in Xitang, a watertown renowned for its wandering rivers and time-honored architecture people still perform grand traditional ceremonies to celebrate Spring Festival.
The Qishan Mountain Forest Park is located to the west of Fuzhou City, only 20 minutes drive from the city. Covering an area of 3,587 hectares, the mountain boasts fresh air, wild plants and animals, ancient roads, waterfalls, lakes, deep ponds, bridges and caves. It also features granite landscapes. It is a perfect place for summer vacations, exploration, camping, picnics and hiking.
