Entryway Decorating Ideas --like the idea of putting windows on either side of the front door, especially when the door just opens into the room and there's no entryway or foyer. It dresses up the door and creates a focal point.

Entice people to explore the whole house. By placing something that draws the eye at the top of the stairs, in hallways or in corners, you can pique curiosity and keep potential buyers interested throughout a whole home tour. A piece of artwork, a painted accent wall, a window seat, a vase of flowers, a hanging light or even a small, colorful rug can all work to draw the eye.

Would love to add a bookshelf, window seat combo at top of the stairs. The House That A-M Built: Monday Nook window seat light stairwell landing

Breezeway to garage.double use as greenhouse? Brick Pavers for entry hall. I saw this last week in an old Leawood home. I came home and took a sledge hammer to the old white tile in my entryway. I love it!

Love the floors and arch doorways...it makes me think there should be built-in bookshelves in the foreground just behind the french doors.

Beautiful light floors in a wonderfully balanced and airy entry. Absolutely love the layout of this entry.
