This is a series of photos from abandoned toy factories. Presumably after the dolls came to life and murdered all the workers, but possibly because analog toys have taken a backseat to video games for the past 30 years.
Darul Aman Palace (meaning “abode of peace”) is a European-style palace located about 16 kilometers from the center of Kabul. The palace was built during the as part of the reformist King Amanullah Khan’s modernization drive.
