Nathalie Miebach is a "data junkie and amateur meteorologist. For 18 months she collected data on the weather patterns at Cape Cod. Rather than creating a standard graph or spreadsheet of her vast amounts of data, she translated it into a series of sculptures to visually represent the interactions between various meteorological and environmental patterns". http://caseorganic.com/40D

very organic and whimsical, this piece's intricate patterns draws me in. The restful woman reminds me of a fairy.

It's interestingly ambiguous--it could be coral, trees, fairy wings, almost anything. The light airy quality is juxtaposed nicely with the fetal, defensive position of the person.

Not sure of the artist since whoever saved it didn't reference but I love the coral/neural wings.

Love the way this piece grew from a skeleton someone may have found on a beach .
