bake & no bake homemade protein bars. great idea for camping and at home.especially since Tony & I eat approx. one protein bar each per day. We have both been thinking it's time to start making our own.
Homemade Protein Bars - I removed the choco chips and added hemp seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and dates. I slathered the pan with coconut oil before spreading the mixture on it. Turned out amazingly scrumptious!
