Fruit Smoothie Recipe.  I have Gastroparesis so I changed this wonderful recipe to: 1/2 cup sliced peaches, 1 cup Tropicana Farmstand Peach Mango juice, 1 Fat-free peach yogurt, 1 scoop Protein Whey powder, and 1 cup ice.  Blend and enjoy, makes about 16 oz.
