Maui Ribs  Korean Beef Short Ribs (Cut "Flanken" style)  Marinade:  1 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1oz fresh minced ginger 1/4 cup sesame oil 2 cups brown sugar  Directions:  Add all ingredients for marinade in a large freezer bag and shake well. Add ribs to marinade and put in the refrigerator for 4 (yes, FOUR) days, turning every so often.  the meat will become very dark, almost black...that's good!!  (at this point you can put in the freezer and cook when you want)…
