THM S Coconut Cupcakes-1 egg-3 tbsp. plain greek yogurt-2 tbsp. coconut flour-1/4 cup unsweetened coconut-2 tsp pyure stevia sweetner-1 tsp baking powder-splash of vanilla and coconut extract. Ooey, Gooey Chocolate Brownie in a mug- THM 1 Egg, 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 T plain or vanilla triple zero Greek yogurt, 1 T Coconut oil, 1 T Peanut butter, 3-4 tsp Truvia, Pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 5-10 sugar free chocolate chips, Whisk together with a fork, microwave 1.5 mins- dump on a plate and enjoy!!

Trim Healthy Mama style (no sugar) NO BAKE pumpkin cheesecake bites!  Dissolve 1 packet gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.  Beat 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese with a dash of salt and vanilla, add 1 (15oz) can pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and stevia to your taste, add gelatin water once gelatin dissolved, mix until blended well.  I used 2 oz condiment cups from Sams Club for snack size servings.  5g fat, 2g net carbs, and 1.5g protein per little cup.

THM Italian Cream Cake MIM  1 egg 1 1/2 tbsp golden flax meal 1 1/2 tbsp almond flour 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes 1 tbsp chopped pecans 2-4 tsp truvia depending  1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder 1 tbsp coconut oil Stir well and pour into greased bowl, mug,  or individual size ramekin. Microwave for one min OR bake at 350° for 10-15 min.  Top with icing made with two tbsp cream cheese,  1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, a dash of vanilla and sweetener to taste.
