Lemon Buttermilk Sheetcake. The best lemon dessert I have ever tasted. Seriously. So moist, light, and lemony, I can't rave about it enough. I halved the batch (using two whole eggs) and baked it in an 8" square glass pan. I checked it at 25 minutes and it wasn't close to being done, so I bumped up the temp to 350 and cooked about 10 more minutes and it was perfect.
