Red eyed frog

This is a photograph of a Red Eyed Tree frog, photographed in the Monteverde National park in Costa Rica. These frogs are nocturnal and I managed to see this one as dusk was approaching.

White lipped tree frog. White-Lipped Tree Frogs are bright green frogs with a white underbelly and a white stripe down their sides. They are able to change to a brown color to camouflage themselves. Males grow to about 4 inches in length, while females are slightly larger, growing up to 5 inches long. These frogs can live about 10 years if taken care of properly.
