Wednesday afternoon we were back on the BNSF Clovis Subdivision. From the overpass at Scholle, NM we see a WB tank train heading into Abo Canyon. The east end of the canyon starts on the opposite side of the bridge.
An eastbound BNSF coal train descends around the mouth of Coal Creek Canyon east of Plainview, Colorado, on May Three brand-new EMD lead the train (Nos. 8531 and past the detector on Union Pacific’s Moffat Tunnel Subdivision.
