I wonder if I am getting off course with this one and the woodpecker. I like the way the cut-out text looks, but this may be getting too craftsy for what I've been doing.

Come sit with me in the cool shade of afternoon; thankfully I have a covered deck where we can distance safely as we visit. It's been a long hot summer and the best we can say for it is that we are still connected, still able to exchange ideas and kindnesses. But first the garden. John has been so busy. Before working as an artist, I had been a videographer. While I don't make many videos now days, I did recently edit a music video for a local musician, which was the inspiration for this guitar. If you look closely, you'll find a fox, a tiger, a stuff toy leopard, boots, purses, clothes, a tattoo, chocolate, furniture, keys on a piano and lots more. The word "guitar" appears in there too.
