Not-So-Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies: 3 cups ALMOND MEAL (not packed), 2 sticks of butter (1 cup), 3 eggs, 1/3 cup plus 3 tbsp THM Sweet Blend,1 tsp maple flavor, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp vanilla,1/3 cup of old fashioned oats, 1 cup of pecans, 1 cup of Lily's Stevia Chocolate Chips or chopped 85% dark chocolate bar)-Mix butter, sweetener, & extracts. Add dry ingredients.Add eggs, chocolate & nuts. Bake 375 for at least 10 mins or until golden brown. They firm up when cool! Cheddar Bay Biscuits   •1 1/2 c almond flour •1 tsp baking powder •1/4 tsp salt •1 tsp garlic powder •2 tbsp minced dried onions  •2 tbsp butter (softened)  •3 eggs (whisked in separate bowl)  •1 c shredded cheddar cheese    Combine dry ingredients then cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.  Add pre-whisked eggs, stir gently until combined, then stir in cheese. Drop onto baking sheet or stone.  Bake at 400 10-12 min, or until golden.   Makes about 9 biscuits.
