Near the end of the world in the pure pristine environment of New Zealand sits the Malburough Sounds, home to the perna calniculus, the New Zealand Green Lip Mussel. Set in awe inspiring organic surroundings, our MOXXOR mussels grow for approximately 18 months built from pure ocean water rich in phytoplankton that have been turbo charged with powerful anti-oxidants from ultra violet rays that penetrate the ocean. Our MOXXOR mussels grow untouched by toxins, heavy metals, PCB’s, or mercury.
