Do you know Keiran- somen? It is the cake which came from Portugal in old days. It's made by pouring egg liquid into the boiling sugared water. I picked it up with cream cheese, a lemon peal, cinnamon on monaka(Japanese wafers). Please enjoy it with various flavors! It is wonderful even if I arrange it in a tray like a canape. ※ I made foodstyling with sweets on the market. 【和菓子:『蓮子餅～ Hasuko-mochi 』by たねやさんtaneya 】I arranged blue small dishes in the Sukiyaki-Nabe(Japanese ironware) which I put ice in, and served a rice cake on the top. It is like a floating full moon in the sky. It may be good at the time of Blue Moon appreciation tomorrow(31.July). ※ I make styling with sweets on the market.
