How to properly clean your vegetables  1.Add cold water to a large plastic bowl.  2.You can choose to use apple cider: pour in about 3 tablespoons per gallon of water or baking soda: sprinkle about 3 tablespoons to the water.   3.Add your vegetables and soak for 5-10 min.
