Quick and Easy Egg Drop Soup. Heat 3 cups chicken broth, 1 t. salt (optional) and white pepper to boiling in saucepan. Stir chopped scallion into two beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture slowly into broth, stirring constantly with fork.

Cut a baguette on an angle, scoop out a little, fill with dip, add a few strips of veggies - YUM! Great appetizer idea!

Veggies and dip in baguette cups. looks like a lot of work for veggies/dip, but very creative. maybe use spinach/artichoke dip so the baguette is just as good to eat?
