MITCHELL - TYPE BASED DESIGN - This design entirely typographic and uses no supporting imagery to convey the intent or message of the design work. This design uses long type lines to emphasize the word.

I like that the lines and negative space show the depth of the "instrument." Plus it's a bit clever how it spells Jazz.

I like this typography design because I find it clever that the text is in the shape of a trumpet but tangled up so it spells the word Jazz. I also love the sort of neon noodle sign look to it as well as that fits the jazz era.
