Lovely Minsitry Quilt
It's finally finished Karla Sue! It sat on my quilting machine for so long. Karla Sue sewed this top for our quilt ministry. It was quilted with a meander in a light green color. The back was made from the leftover pieces and is unique!
Slow quilting by hand, using the double baptist fan template. Cotton batting, dark purple no 16 perle cotton thread. Lovely texture. A very happy quilt. My Hollyhocks finished at 60" * 72" This quilt is a little homage to the Norwegian painter Kjell Pahr Iversen.
