Plain Cheesecake.  This is the creamiest, smoothest cheesecake I've ever had.  It was also suprisingly light in texture.  So delicious and pleasant.  The only difference was mine did not brown at all like the picture.  No cracks appeared after it baked. Bringing the ingredients to room temp must be key. Will definitely make this again.  5 stars
