Steph and Chris' first date was at a burlesque show in Liverpool and they decided to recreate that atmosphere for their wedding! They infused their eclectic tastes into a perfect day of vintage, Rock n Roll, burlesque and mid-century classic style in a local historic venue. One of the acts they saw on their fist date, Suzie Sequin, even played at their reception!

Chances are that you have dreamed of it for years, but now that it is here, you may be a little unsure of where to start. The truth is that if you are like most brides, you want your day to be special and unique.

We love our retro weddings, and this jazz and vintage-inspired wedding kicks ass. Some of the details included a tattooed and victory-rolled bride (with two dresses!), a groom with an epic 'stache, and super fun details (like the lollipop bouquets). Though there was a snafu with the first band, the final band rocked the crowd with jazz and swing.

A ‘not so traditional’ wedding cake for a couple who wanted a Rockabilly theme to their wedding. I thought a ‘tatoo art’ style handpainted cake, finished off with sugar roses would be perfect. They were super happy with what I created for them…Yay!
