Miso Soup: A warm and comforting broth made with miso paste, it's a great choice when you're feeling sick.

Ingredients:
 • - 4 cups water
 • - 4 tablespoons miso paste
 • - 1/2 cup diced tofu
 • - 1/4 cup sliced green onions
 • - 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
 • - 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
 • - 1 clove garlic, minced
 • - 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
 • 1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
 • 2. Combine miso paste and a small amount of hot water in a small bowl to make a paste.
 • 3. Reduce the heat, and add in the miso paste, tofu, green onions, mushrooms, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
 • 4. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the ingredients are heated through.
