This staff is hand-carved out of a Scots Pine branch from a tree in our garden in Ardvasar (Isle of Skye). Total length is approximately 150cm or 5ft. The staff has been treated with raw linseed oil. IMPORTANT: please note that this is NOT a staff for heavy use. It can withstand the stresses of ordinary use on easy surfaces, but if handled roughly, it may break. Wood Carved Rattlesnake Walking Cane
RESERVED for S. Hildebrand This walking cane is 37 and 3/4 inches tall. I carved it out of a single piece of wood and then hand painted the rattlesnake markings. It is signed by me and has it's own number (#11) carved on it and the year it was made. It also has a black rubber tip on the end.
