They were so fun and adorable! I bought a 12 pack of colored plastic bands from Dollar Tree ($core!). Bought a few spools of matching ribbon... Wrapped the bands and hot glued the ends.. Cut circles out of glitter Foam sheets (Michaels) Fold a little piece of the circle under the band and hot glue Made the pink polka dot bows out of ribbon and hot glued them on.
