Using Clorox Disinfecting Bleach 1. Use a cloth to blot from the edges of the stain to keep the stain from spreading. 2. Add 3 tbsp of Clorox Disinfecting Bleach to 1 gal of cool water. 3. Soak shirt for 5 minutes, then rinse. 4. For High Efficiency (HE) machines, pour Clorox Disinfecting Bleach into the bleach dispenser and fill to the maximum level. For standard washing machines, add ½ cup of Clorox Bleach directly into the washing machine. 5. Wash on the warmest setting.
