Tea is a source of comfort and shared life.
There are many traditions surrounding tea-from High Tea, the Japanese Tea Ceremony, medicinal use, and most importantly sharing a cup with friends or a good book.
Turmeric Tea ~Take 4 cups of water in a pot and boil it. ~ Add 2 tbsps. grated turmeric root, simmer for 10 minutes, before straining it. When ready, strain the tea through a mesh strainer, and add the honey & lemon to taste.
